基于Kano模型的智能医疗垃圾预处理产品的设计研究

摘　　要：旨在设计一款主要用于医疗机构的智能医疗垃圾预处理产品,便于医疗垃圾第一时间得到更安全的保存,更完善的处理,营造一个更加宜人的医院环境。通过前期走访,观察调研,利用KANO模型、用户需求分析方法,得出显性需求,挖掘潜在需求,综合分析与提炼设计要素。针对功能与外形与交互,确定产品整体设计方案,得出产品设计雏形。为其他相关此方面的产品提供设计参考。To design a kind of intelligent medical waste pretreatment product which is mainly used in medical institutions,so that medical waste can be safely preserved in the first time,better treated and create a more pleasant hospital environment.Through pre-visit,observation and research,using KANO model,user demand analysis method,draw explicit demand,tap potential demand,comprehensive analysis and refinement of design elements.Aiming at function and appearance and interaction,the product's overall design plan is determined,and the prototype of product design is obtained.Provide reference for other related products.
