摘　　要：为了有效解决城市轨道交通项目的融资问题,提出了PPP+ABS的融资模式,对此进行了定价分析、财务指标分析,以及通过实例的数据测算的资产池契合度分析,在此基础上,给出了PPP+ABS模式应用到城市轨道交通的几点建议。In order to alleviate the financing problem in the urban rail transit project,this paper proposes PPP+ABS financing mode,which is analyzed from the pricing,financial indicators and the asset pool fit degree through calculation of actual cases.Based on the above research,some proposals are put forward for the application of PPP+ABS mode to urban rail transit.
