奥氮平联合无抽搐电休克治疗女性精神分裂症临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察奥氮平联合无抽搐电休克治疗女性精神分裂症的临床疗效。方法选取医院2014年4月至2017年4月收治的女性精神分裂症患者60例,随机分为观察组及对照组,各30例。观察组采用奥氮平联合无抽搐电休克治疗,对照组仅采用奥氮平治疗。结果对照组的总有效率为66.67%,明显低于观察组的93.33%(P<0.05);对照组不良反应发生率为40.00%,与观察组的36.67%相当(P>0.05);观察组患者治疗后的阳性症状、阴性症状、PANSS总分、一般病理评分比较均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论奥氮平联合无抽搐电休克治疗女性精神分裂症,可加快康复,改善相关临床症状,疗效显著,不良反应发生率较低,具有临床应用价值。Objective To observe the clinical effect of olanzapine combined with modified electroconvulsive therapy in the treatment of female schizophrenia.Methods Totally 60 female patients with schizophrenia were selected in our hospital from April 2014 to April 2017 and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with olanzapine combined with modified electroconvulsive,while the control group was treated with olanzapine alone.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was significantly lower than 66.67%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was slightly lower than that of the control group(36.67%vs.40.00%,P>0.05).The positive symptoms,negative symptoms,PANSS total score,general pathological score in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Olanzapine combined with non convulsive therapy in the treatment of female schizophrenia can accelerate the recovery rate of patients,improve the clinical symptoms of the patients,and has significant therapeutic effects with low incidence of adverse reactions and has clinical application value.
