无痛胃镜下消化道大息肉切除术58例疗效和安全性分析

摘　　要：目的观察无痛胃镜下消化道大息肉切除术的临床疗效和安全性。方法选取医院2016年4月至2018年4月收治的胃息肉患者116例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各58例。观察组患者实行无痛胃镜下高频电凝切除胃息肉,对照组患者实行普通胃镜下高频电凝切除胃息肉。结果观察组患者的手术治愈率、并发症发生率分别为98.28%和8.62%,均优于对照组的82.76%和24.14%(P<0.05)。结论无痛胃镜下高频电凝切除胃息肉,临床疗效好,可有效减少并发症的发生,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of painless gastroscopy in the resection of large polyps of the digestive tract.Methods Totally 116 patients with gastric polyps admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to April 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,58 cases in each group.In the observation group,gastric polyps were removed by high frequency electrocoagulation under painless gastroscope.In the control group,the gastric polyps were resected by high frequency electrocoagulation under general gastroscope.Results The curative rate and the incidence of complications in the observation group were 98.28%and 8.62%,which were better than 82.76%and 24.14%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High frequency electrocoagulation under painless gastroscopy for gastric polyps has good clinical efficacy,and can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
