护理配合对泌尿外科后腹腔镜手术术后康复的影响

摘　　要：目的观察护理配合对泌尿外科后腹腔镜手术患者术后康复的影响。方法选择医院泌尿外科2015年5月至2017年5月行后腹腔镜手术治疗的患者120例,按护理方案的不同分为两组,各60例。对照组仅行常规术前护理,观察组行围术期护理配合。结果观察组术中出血量为(58.36±6.23)mL、卧床时间为(6.12±2.21)h、胃肠恢复时间为(28.43±3.04)h、住院时间为(5.96±1.14)d,均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率为13.33%,显著低于对照组的36.67%(P<0.05);观察组术后SAS评分、SDS评分分别为(23.26±5.14)分及(25.14±3.22)分,术后24h、48h的VAS评分分别为(3.56±0.24)分及(2.03±0.21)分,均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组躯体功能评分为(74.75±3.32)分、情感功能评分为(72.03±8.99)分、精神状态评分为(72.22±8.80)分,总体健康评分为(76.29±8.47)分,均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论围术期护理配合应用于泌尿外科后腹腔镜手术患者的效果显著,可加快术后康复,减少并发症,改善心理状态,缓解疼痛感,且提升生活质量。Objective To observe the effect of nursing cooperation on the rehabilitation of patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery after urology.Methods Totally 120 patients undergoing retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery from May 2015 to May 2017 were divided into two groups according to different nursing schemes,60 cases in each group.The control group only received routine preoperative nursing,while the observation group received perioperative nursing cooperation,and the complications and scores between the groups were compared.Results The bleeding volume was(58.36±6.23)mL,bedridden time was(6.12±2.21)h,gastrointestinal recovery time was(28.43±3.04)h,hospitalization time was(5.96±1.14)d in the observation group,which were better than those in the control group(P<0.05),the incidence rate of complications in the observation group was 13.33%,which was significantly lower than 36.67%in the control group(P<0.05),the SAS score and SDS score in the observation group were(23.26±5.14)points and(25.14±3.22)points,respectively,the VAS score of the observation group was(3.56±0.24)points and(2.03±0.21)points at 24 and 48 h after operation,which were better than those of the control group(P<0.05),the physical function score was(74.75±3.32)points,the emotional function score was(72.03±8.99)points,the mental state score was(72.22±8.80)points and the overall health score was(76.29±8.47)points in the observation group,which were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative nursing cooperation has a significant effect on patients undergoing retroperitoneal laparoscopic urological surgery.It can accelerate the recovery,reduce complications,improve psychological state,relieve pain and improve the quality of life.
