摘 要:目的探讨早期肠内营养在食管癌术后患者中的应用效果和术后护理措施。方法选取医院2015年5月至2018年4月收治的食管癌患者136例,随机分为肠外营养组(PN组)和早期肠内营养组(EN组),各68例。术后第3天,两组患者分别给予不同护理措施。结果EN组患者通气时间、住院时间及达标时间和术后营养指标均优于PN组(P<0.05)。结论早期肠内营养用于食管癌术后,可提高患者营养指标,联合专科护理比常规护理更能帮助患者提高身体营养指标,降低术后并发症的发生率。Objective To investigate the effect of early enteral nutrition in patients with esophageal cancer after operation and the nursing measures after operation.Methods Totally 136 patients with esophageal cancer admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to April 2018 were randomly divided into parenteral nutrition group(PN group)and early enteral nutrition group(EN group),68 cases in each group.On the third day after operation,the two groups were given different rhyme nursing measures.Results The ventilation time,hospitalization time,standard time and nutritional indexes of EN group were better than those of PN group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early enteral nutrition can improve the nutritional indicators of patients after esophageal cancer surgery.Combined specialized nursing can help patients improve their nutritional indicators and reduce the incidence of complications.
