摘  要:为探索提高龙门机床综合性能的新途径,以某型龙门加工中心框架组件为原型,设计一种玄武岩纤维树脂混凝土龙门框架组件。然后采用拓扑优化设计、正交实验、参数优化设计相结合的方法设计并得到了最优拓扑和最优参数的龙门框架组件。最后对其静态性能、动态性能及热和热-结构耦合性能进行仿真分析,将结果与原型比较。结果表明:玄武岩纤维树脂混凝土龙门框架组件在质量减轻的前提下其静、动态等性能都得到了不同程度的提高。To explore new ways of improving comprehensive performance of CNC gantry machining center.A kind of basalt fiber reinforced polymer concrete gantry framework components are designed,based on the existing gantry framework components of gantry machining center as the prototype.Then,optimal structure and the optimal parameters of the gantry framework components are designed by the method of topology optimization design,the orthogonal experiment,parameters optimization design.Finally,its static performance,dynamic performance,heat and heat-structure coupling properties are analyzed.The results showed that:Compared with the prototype,the static,dynamic performance and the other performances of basalt fiber reinforced polymer concrete gantry framework components have been varying degrees of increase,on the premise of quality decreases.
