摘 要:采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定纺织材料中17种可迁移元素,包括铝(A1)、伊(Sb)、碑(As)、顿(Ba)、硼(B)、镉(Cd)、^(Cr)、钻(Co)、铜(Cu)、铅(Pb)、猛(Mn)、汞(Hg)、镰(Ni)、硒(Se)、總(Sr)^(Sn),W(Zn)含量。通过比较同位素丰度及干扰物,确定17种可迁移元素的所测同位素,建立的标准曲线r≥0.999 4,检出限为0.01~0.33μg/L。通过正交试验确定样品最佳处理条件为:0.07mol/L盐酸作为萃取溶剂,30℃萃取2 h。试验结果显示平均回收率88.40%~ 103.30%,相对标准偏差在0.60%~4.90%之间。方法的精密度、准确度、灵敏度均能满足相关标准要求,可实现多元素同时分析,有效提高检测效率。A method is developed for the fast, simple and reliable determination of the total amount of 17 migratory elements(AI, Sb, As, Ba, B, Cd, Cr, Co, Cu, Pb, Mn, Hg, Ni, Se, Sr, Sn, Zn) in textile materials by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Compared abundance with other isotopes and other interference substances, isotopes of 17 migratory elements are demined. The experimental results indicate that the correlation linear coefficients are all higher than 0.999 4, and the recoveries are 8&40%-103.30% with relative standard deviations (RSD) of 0.60% to 4.90%. The optimum experimental condition is decided to extract with hydrochloric acid at 30 ℃ for 2 h by orthogonal experiments. The limits of detection and quantification (LOQs) are within 0.01-0.33 jig/L, respectively, which are low enough to detect trace migratory elements in textile materials. The sensitivity, precision and accuracy of this method indicate that it is suitable to simultaneously detect trace migratory elements in textiles for meeting the standard requirements.
