摘　　要：空分设备冷箱结露、结霜、结冰、低温脆裂,对空分设备安全稳定运行影响很大。以马钢20000m^3/h空分设备为例,详细分析空分设备冷箱发生结露、结霜、结冰、低温脆裂的原因,介绍空分设备冷箱发生结露、结霜、结冰、低温脆裂的现象、处理措施及其效果。The dewing, frosting, icing and low temperature brittle fracture inside the cold box of air separation plant seriously impair the safe and steady operation of the air separation plant. Here, with Masteel 20000 m3/h air separation plant as example, the causes for the dewing, frosting, icing and low temperature brittle fracture inside the cold box of air separation plant are in details analyzed, and the phenomena of the said dewing, frosting, icing and low temperature brittle fracture inside the cold box of air separation plant, the corrective measures and the obtained effects are described.
