摘 要:采用有限元软件对4 mm厚2205双相不锈钢板材的自动钨极惰性气体保护焊(GTAW)工艺参数进行了仿真计算,分析了不同参数下的焊缝形貌特征并获得了较为优化的工艺参数,然后采用优化的工艺参数对2205板材进行了实际焊接,并对接头的组织和性能进行分析和测试。结果表明,采用仿真优化的焊接工艺参数进行板材实际焊接可获得优质的焊接接头;接头各区微观组织为双相组织结构;接头的抗拉强度、冷弯曲性能和晶间腐蚀性能均满足要求。The automatic gas tungsten arc weld(GTAW) process parameters for 4 mm thick 2205 duplex stainless steel plate were simulated by finite element software. The weld morphology features under different process parameters were analyzed, the optimized process parameters were obtained. Based on the optimized process parameters, the welding of the 2205 plate was carried out, and the microstructure and properties of the joint were analyzed and tested. The results showed that with the simulation optimized process parameters, welded joints of high-quality could be obtained, that the microstructures of different zones of the joint were of two-phase structure, and that the mechanical properties, cold bending properties and intergranular corrosion properties of the joint could meet the actual requirements.
