摘  要:研究了溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)的苯乙烯含量、1,2-聚丁二烯含量对硫化胶的硫化特性、力学性能以及阻尼性能的影响。结果表明,1,2-聚丁二烯含量增加,正硫时间t_(90)增大、最大扭矩M_H减小,结合苯乙烯含量增加,t_(90)减小、M_H也减小;生胶的化学结构和交联密度都会对硫化胶的力学性能产生显著影响;分子结构差异大的两种生胶并用,能够有效拓宽硫化胶的阻尼温域,当25%与50%两种苯乙烯含量的丁苯橡胶共混质量比为8∶2时,阻尼效果最佳,tabδ≥0.3时温域超过37℃。The vulcanization and damping properties of solution-polymerized styrene-butadiene(SSBR) containing different styrene contents and vinyl contents were investigated. Results showed that the vulcanization time(t90) steadily increased and maximum torque(MH) decreased due to the increasing of the 1, 2-addition butadiene units in the SSBR. The vulcanization time(t90) and maximum torque(MH)both reduced when the content of styrene increased in the SSBR. The chemical structure and cross linking density of the base rubber had significant effects on the mechanical properties of the vulcanizates. The damping temperature range of vulcanizate would be effectively broadened by mixing two kinds of rubbers with different molecular chains. When the blending mass ratio of two kinds of SSBR with styrene contents of 25% and 50% was 8 ∶2, the damping performance was the best. When tanδ≥0.3, the glass transition temperature range was more than 37 ℃.
