摘  要:研究了氯丁橡胶胶粘剂刷涂量、晾干时间、温度、湿度等工艺参数对其粘接性能的影响。结果表明,温度湿度分别为20℃和50%时,氯丁橡胶胶粘剂的刷涂量存在最佳用量范围(0.70 kg/m^2~0.85 kg/m^2);相同温湿度条件下,适当延长氯丁橡胶胶粘剂的晾干时间,有助于增强其粘接强度;在温湿度为20℃~40℃、50%~80%范围内,氯丁橡胶胶粘剂的粘接强度随着温度的升高而降低,随着湿度的增加而降低,且粘接强度均大于2 MPa。The influences of brushing amount and drying time of chloride butyl adhesive on its adhesive strength were discussed. The results showed that when the temperature was 20 ℃ and the humidity 50%, the best range of brushing amount of chloride butyl adhesive was 0.70~0.85 kg/m^2;When the temperature and the humidity were certain, to prolong the drying time properly was good for the adhesive strength;When the temperature was within 20 ℃~40 ℃ and the humidity within 50%~80%, the adhesive strength decreased with the rising of temperature and humidity but was still above 2 MPa.
