摘  要:大学教师权威正面临前所未有的挑战,大学教师权威重构成为亟待解决的问题。大学教师权威的真正授权者是大学生,因此,大学教师权威的重构不仅有赖于教师自身素质的提高,同时也需要大学生发挥在教师权威重构中的主体作用。教师应该引导学生树立多元知识观,屏蔽课堂上的干扰信息,加强师生互动,引导学生树立长远的志趣。The authority of university teachers is facing unprecedented challenges, and the reconstruction of university t*eacher s authority has become an urgent problem. The university students are the real authorizers to the university teachers. Therefore, the reconstruction of university teacher' s authority not only depends on the improvement of teachers' quality, but also requires university students to play the main role in the reconstruction of authority. Teachers should guide students to establish a pluralistic view of knowledge, block the interference of information in class, strengthen the interaction between teachers and students, and guide students to establish a longterm interest.
