摘　　要：2008年金融危机之后,国内外理论界对资本主义的反思与批判进入了一个新阶段,其中对资本主义民主政治的批判成为一个重要的议题。密利本德通过对资本主义民主制展开批判,进而阐发了社会主义民主制。其理论价值不仅在于阐明西方发达资本主义社会下的阶级与国家权力的内在结构及其转化,也为不断思考社会主义的未来命运以及社会主义在全球范围内的斗争与发展提供有益借鉴。After the Financial Crisis of 2008, the rethinking and critique of capitalism that is in the theoretical circle both at home and abroad has entered a new stage. It is the criticism of the capitalist democracy, which becomes one of these important issues.Through criticizing the capitalist democracy, Ralph Miliband reinterpret socialist democracy. The significance of this theory is not only to clarify the inner structure and transformation between the class and state power in the western developed capitalist society, but also more important to provide beneficial reference about constantly thinking about the future of socialism and the socialist struggling and the developing throughout the world.
