摘　　要：从20世纪80年代、90年代小康住宅到新世纪的健康住宅,再到21世纪近10余年的技术集成住宅,本文回顾了以国家住宅工程中心为代表的我国近40年住宅建设的类型特征。在人均居住面积增长、户型多样化发展的同时,是住宅设计理念的提升与创新技术的应用。From the Well-off Housing in the 1980s and 1990s to the Healthy Housing in the new century and the Technology Integrated Housing in the 2010s, this paper reviews the housing types and features of housing construction in China during the past 40 years represented by China National Engineering Research Center for Human Settlements. Along with the growth of per capita residential area and the diversification of household types, promotion of residential design concept and application of innovative technology converge into the inter power.
