农业企业群体安全行为对安全生产绩效影响研究

摘　　要：安全生产是企业发展的重要保证,也是企业在经营管理中应贯彻的重要理念。为了更好地解决农产品企业安全监管不到位的问题,本文以辽宁省三家农产品加工企业为研究对象,运用安全行为理论将企业人员分为高层管理人员、班组长、一线员工3类群体,通过不同群体安全行为与企业安全生产绩效结合建立结构方程模型(SEM),并应用层次分析法(AHP)对指标体系进行权重确定。研究结果表明,三类安全行为群体均对企业安全生产有显著正向影响,其中高层管理者安全行为安全生产绩效影响权重最大。safe production is an important guarantee for enterprise development and an important concept that should be implemented in business management. Safety production is the unity of safety and production, its purpose is to promote production safety, production must be safe. In order to better solve the problem of inadequate safety supervision of agricultural products enterprises, this paper mainly studies from the perspective of behavior. In this paper, three agricultural products processing enterprises in Liaoning province as the research object, by using the theory of safety behavior enterprise staff can be divided into senior management personnel, supervisors ,three categories of employees group, by different communities safe behavior and enterprise safety production performance combined with the structural equation model ( SEM), and apply the basic principle of analytic hierarchy process ( AHP) to weight the index system. The research results show that all three types of safety behavior groups have significant positiveeffects on enterprise safety production, among whichthe safety behavior of senior managers has the largest impact on safety production performance. Based on the research results, some Suggestions are put forward in the hope of providing management inspiration for agriculture-based enterprises.
