摘  要:分析了煤炭清洁供应全过程的环节构成,剖析了各环节存在的清洁化问题,提出了煤炭开采、提质加工、流通等供应环节向清洁化发展的主要方向:煤炭开采以绿色开采为支撑,不断提升开采煤炭产品质量,并强化开采后矿区生态环境治理;煤炭洗选要提高产品适应下游利用需求的精准性,型煤及水煤浆要不断升级技术及产品稳定性,分质利用要加快突破低阶煤粉化造成的油尘分离难的技术瓶颈;煤炭流通要采用高水平无尘化作业解决无组织性粉尘污染问题,提升管理创新水平,通过物联网、大数据等创新监测和管理模式,保障商品煤质量的清洁化。This paper analyzed the link structure of the whole process of coal clean supply,and the cleanliness problems in each link,put forward the main directions of clean development of coal mining,upgrading,and circulation:Coal mining was supported by green mining,continuously improving the quality of mining coal products,and strengthening the ecological environment management of mining areas after mining;coal washing should improve the accuracy of products to meet the needs of downstream utilization,briquette and coal water slurry should be continuously upgraded technology and products stability;quality utilization should accelerate the breakthrough of the difficult bottleneck of oil and dust separation caused by low-level coal dusting;coal circulation should use high-level dust-free operation to solve the problem of unorganized dust pollution,improve management innovation level. Through the Internet of Things and big data,the monitoring and management modes should be innovated to ensure the cleanliness of commercial coal quality.
