摘　　要：目的探讨阿维A胶囊联合复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗银屑病的临床疗效及其安全性。方法选取三明市第一医院2012—2017年收治的银屑病患者65例,根据给药方案不同分为对照组33例与观察组32例。对照组患者给予阿维A胶囊治疗,观察组患者给予阿维A胶囊联合复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗。两组患者均连续治疗6周。比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后银屑病皮损面积和严重程度指数(PASI)评分,并观察两组患者不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者PASI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者PASI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿维A胶囊联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗银屑病的临床疗效确切,可有效恢复皮肤损伤,且安全性较高。Objective To study the clinical effect and the safety of acitretin capsule combined with compound glycyrrhizin injection for psoriasis.Methods A total of 65 cases of patients with psoriasis were selected from 2012 to 2017 year in Sanming First Hospital,which were divided into control group(n=33)and observation group(n=32) according to the different drug delivery plan.The control group was treated with acitretin capsule,the observation group was treated with acitretin capsule combined with compound glycyrrhizin injection,both groups were treated continuously for 6 weeks.Clinical effect,PASI score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed. Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in PASI scores between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group of PASI score was lower than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Acitretin capsule combined with compound glycyrrhizin injection have an exact clinical effect for psoriasis,which can effectively restore skin damage,and with high safety.
