摘　　要：目的:对患者版护理缺失量表(MISSCARE Survey-Patient)进行翻译、文化调适及信度、效度检测,分析其在我国患者中的适用性。方法:采用Brislin翻译模型进行直译、回译和检译;通过专家委员会讨论和预实验进行文化调适,方便抽样宣城市某三级甲等医院225名患者进行正式调查,评价量表的信度、效度。结果:中文患者版护理缺失量表水平的内容效度指数(S-CVI/Ave)为0.936,条目水平的内容效度指数(I-CVI)为0.833 - 1.000;采用探索性因子分析共提取3个因子(沟通性护理、基础护理和及时性护理),累积方差贡献率为65.0%,量表的Cronbach's a系数为0.888,各维度的Cronbach's a系数为0.734-0.887,量表的重测信度为0.843,各维度的重测信度为0.769-0.821.结论:患者版护理缺失量表汉化后信度、效度良好。Objective: To translate MISSCARE Survey-Patient from English to Chinese, and evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of MISSCARE Survey-Patient. Methods: Brislin translation model was applied for literal translation, back translation and translation. Cultural adjustment was performed through expert committee discussions and pre-tests. Convenient sampling method was used. Totally 225 patients in a tertiary hospital in Xuancheng City was investigated to test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of MISSCARE Survey-Patient. Results: The average content validity index of the scale level (S-CVI/Ave) was 0.936, and the content validity index of the item level (I-CVI) was between 0.833 to 1.000. Three factors (communicative care, basic care and timely care) were extracted by factor analysis, which could explain 65.0% of the total variance of the Chinese version of MISSCARE Survey-Patient. The total Cronbach's a coefficient was 0.888, the Cronbach's a coefficient of each dimension was between 0.734-0.887. The total test-retest reliability was 0.843, and the test-retest reliability of each dimension was between 0.769-0.821. Conclusion: The Chinese version of MISSCARE Survey-Patient can be used to investigate the quality of nursing care and patient safety in the hospitals in China.
