摘 要:目的 :分析分层随访对2型糖尿病患者自我效能水平、自我管理能力以及糖代谢指标的影响。方法 :本研究为随机对照试验,便利选取大连市某三级甲等医院内分泌科住院的2型糖尿病患者100例为研究对象,通过区组随机方法将其分为实验组和对照组,每组50例。对照组给予常规随访干预,实验组按照分层随访管理方案进行随访。在干预前后,分别评估两组患者的自我效能水平、自我管理能力、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖和糖化血红蛋白值。结果 :通过6个月的干预,实验组患者的自我效能水平和自我管理能力得分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,实验组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖和糖化血红蛋白值下降,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:分层随访可以提高2型糖尿病患者的自我效能水平和自我管理能力,改善患者的糖代谢指标,是一种有效的糖尿病随访方法。Objective: To analyze the effects of stratified follow-up intervention on self-efficacy, self-management and glucose metabolism in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods: A total of 100 patients with type 2 diabetes in the department of endocrinology in a tertiary grade A hospital were randomly divided into the experimental group (n=50) and the control group (n=50). The patients in the control group were given routine follow up, meanwhile patients in the experimental group were treated according to the standards of stratified follow-up. The self-efficacy, self-management ability, fasting blood-glucose, 2 hours postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were measured before and after the intervention. Results: After 6 months of intervention, the scores of self-efficacy and self-management in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin decreased in the experimental group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Stratified follow-up can improve the self-efficacy and self-management ability of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, and effectively improve the glucose metabolism. It is an effective follow-up plan for patients with diabetes mellitus.
