滋养细胞肿瘤患者化疗期间创伤后成长的质性研究

摘　　要：目的:深入探索滋养细胞肿瘤患者化疗期间的创伤后成长的心路历程,为对滋养细胞肿瘤患者进行心理护理提供依据。方法:采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,对10例滋养细胞肿瘤患者进行深度访谈,并运用Claizzi的现象资料7步分析法对结果进行整理,分析归纳并提炼主题。结果:多种因素都可促进滋养细胞肿瘤患者创伤后成长过程,对原始数据的提炼结果符合Tedeschi提出的创伤后成长模型,包括与他人关系、新的可能性、个人力量、精神变化、对生活的欣赏5个维度。结论:滋养细胞肿瘤患者在化疗期间存在着明显的创伤后成长,探索滋养细胞肿瘤患者的正性心理,针对其创伤后成长特点实施全面护理,为该类患者的心理护理提供新视角。Objective: To explore the mental process of Posttraumatic Growth during chemotherapy in patients with trophoblastic tumors, and to provide evidence for psychological care of patients with trophoblastic tumors. Methods:Ten cases of trophoblastic tumor patients were interviewed in depth using phenomenological research methods in qualitative research. The results were analyzed by Claizzi’s phenomenon data 7-step analysis method, and the themes were analyzed and refined. Results: A variety of factors could promote the Posttraumatic Growth process of patients, mainly reflected in the four dimensions: self-efficacy improvements, positive social support, pursuing new life, and suffering-derived altruistic behavior. Conclusion: Patients with trophoblastic tumors have obvious Posttraumatic Growth during chemotherapy. Nurses can reinforce the positive psychology of patients with trophoblastic tumors and implement comprehensive nursing for their Posttraumatic Growth characteristics. It will provide a new perspective for psychological care of these patients.
