摘 要:目的:介绍手术室接送患者信息系统的设计背景、实施过程与实施后的效果。方法:以北京市某三级甲等医院原手术患者接送流程为设计基础,针对薄弱环节、关键节点中存在的问题,设计手术室接送患者信息系统。将该院2017年6月的2 450例手术患者分为传统接送组与信息化接送组。结果:两组在护士抄写患者信息时间、工人登记工作量时间、患者术前等待时间等方面均存在差异(P<0.05)。结论:应用手术室接送患者信息系统可确保相关信息真实、准确,有效提高手术患者转运效率,为更加合理调配人力资源提供科学参考依据。Objective: To introduce the background, implementation process and evaluation of operating room patient transport information system. Methods: Based on the original operation patient delivery process in a tertiary grade A hospital in Beijing, and aimed at modifying the problems existed in weak links and key nodes, an operation room patient transport information system was designed. Total 2 450 surgical patients in this hospital in June 2017 were divided into traditional transfer group and transport information system group. Results: There were significant difference between the two groups in nurses’ recording time for patient information, workers’ recording time for workload, waiting time of patients before surgery(P<0.05). Conclusion: The patient transport information system in operating room is benefit to ensure the truth and accucary of relevant information, to improve the efficiency of surgical patient transport, and to provide reference for effective management of human resources.
