摘　　要：医疗游戏辅导通过模拟医疗场景与角色扮演,缓解患儿医疗恐惧等负性情绪体验,提高其对诊疗过程的依从性;一支具备医疗游戏辅导相关知识和技能的专业队伍是辅导工作顺利实施的关键。由我院护理部及人力资源部共同设置兼职医疗游戏辅导员岗位,社工部给予系统化专业培训,共选拔出22名临床护理人员受聘该岗位。医疗游戏辅导员以个案追踪干预或以某个临床场景单次进行游戏辅导两种形式,配套使用相应的游戏包开展医疗游戏辅导,取得一定成效。Child Life program aims to alleviate the negative emotional experience during their hospitalization and improve the compliance with the medical procedure by simulating scenes and role-playing. Constructing a professional nursing team with specialized knowledge and skills is very important. The nursing department and human resources department jointly set up and select clinical nursing staff as part-time Child Life counselors. Professional systematic training courses were given by the department of Clinical Social Work. A total of 22 clinical nurses were recruited. Case tracking or clinical scenario intervention were two main forms for the Child Life counselors to practice, using targeted game kits.
