摘　　要：可编程控制器中的模拟量输入模块在使用时出现故障,本文根据故障现象从问题定位、机理分析、故障复现、措施验证等环节逐一分析该模块的失效原因,从而优化此模块的设计,为后续类似信号类型的模块积累技术基础。The analog input module in the programmable controller fails in use. According to the failure phenomena, this paper analyses the failure reasons of the module one by one from the aspects of problem location, mechanism analysis, fault recurrence and measure verification, so as to optimize the design of the module and accumulate the technical basis for the modules of similar signal types in the follow-up.
