摘  要:为了克服当前系统在评估和预警光纤通信中的潜在风险时存在评估可靠性较低、误差较高以及响应时间较长的弊端,提出并设计了基于数据挖掘的光纤通信风险预警系统,研究开发了包括系统接口模块、风险评估与预警业务管理模块、系统管理模块和系统知识库管理模块的光纤通信风险预警系统框架,并分析和设计了框架中各个模块及其子模块功能,并采用符合性检查分析方法量化系统终端域、管道域和业务域的风险点,给出了光纤通信风险评估与预警业务流程;基于该指标体系采用数据挖掘技术中的主观层次分析法和客观熵值法评估光纤通信风险,确定风险等级,实现了光纤通信风险预警系统设计。系统应用实例分析结果表明,设计系统具有评估可靠性较高、误差较低、响应时间较快的优点,有利于实现光纤通信风险实时评估和及时预警。n order to overcome the drawbacks of low reliability,high error and long response time in evaluating and early warning potential risks of current system in optical fiber communication,a risk early warning system for optical fiber communication based on data mining is proposed and designed. The system interface module, risk assessment and early warning business management module, system management module and system knowledge base management are studied and developed. The framework of risk early warning system for optical fiber communication based on management module is analyzed and designed,and the functions of each module and its sub-modules are analyzed and designed. The risk points in terminal domain,pipeline domain and business domain are quantified by conformity check analysis method, and the risk assessment and early warning business process of optical fiber communication is given. Based on this index system,the subjective analytic hierarchy process and objective method in data mining technology are adopted. The visual entropy method is used to evaluate the risk of optical fiber communication,determine the risk level,and realize the design of optical fiber communication risk early warning system. The analysis results of system application examples show that the design system has.
