摘 要:在传统拖拉机液压悬挂犁的基础上,完成了电气自动化控制改造,设计并实现了一套自犁具状态及耕深的控制系统。该系统以STM32F429为核心处理器,在悬挂系统上、下拉杆的连接轴处及提升臂上分别集成拉力传感器及角度传感器,主控器外接LCD显示屏,以表盘形式实时显示犁具状态信息,以电磁阀代替传统液油分配器,以按钮式控制面板代替传统机械操作杆,主控制器根据悬挂犁传感器数据及预设耕地深度,采用拉力、位置综合调节算法,向电磁阀发送控制指令自动控制犁具的升降。实践证明,该套装置极大提高了犁具的智能化程度,在犁具耕地质量及拖拉机利用效率上均有极大改善。The article completed the transformation of electrical automation control in the bisis of the traditional tractor hydraulic suspension plough, and designed a set of automatic monitoring system of the plough status and plough tillage depth. The system takes the STM32F429 as main controller, integrated tension sensor and the angle sensor on the connecting shaft and lifting arm of the upper and lower connecting rods of the suspension system, main board connected with the LCD display. It displays the status information of the plough in real time by dial needle, and takes the solenoid valve instead of the traditional liquid oil distributor, replaces the traditional mechanical lever with push button control panel. The practice has been proved that the device greatly improves the intellectualization of the plough, as well as the quality of the plough and the utilization efficiency of the tractor.
