摘　　要：肿瘤疫苗是肿瘤治疗中的一个热点研究领域,具有广阔的发展前景。本文基于市场与专利数据分析方法,从肿瘤疫苗产品与市场现状、发展态势、重点技术领域、优势机构、国内外发展情况等方面开展肿瘤疫苗发展趋势研究,为相关政府部门、企业和高校院所进一步发展肿瘤疫苗产业和技术提供情报支撑。研究结果表明:肿瘤疫苗研究进入了技术平台期,病毒抗原疫苗已有产品成功上市,而肿瘤抗原疫苗仍处于研究阶段。美国与欧盟国家是该领域核心专利的主要输出国。日本、德国、英国、美国四国在我国布局了大量专利。我国近年来专利申请活跃,但质量仍待提高。此外,本文提出了我国进一步发展肿瘤疫苗产业的对策建议。As a popular research area of cancer therapy,tumor vaccine has a broad development prospect.Based on market data and patent analysis,the development status of tumor vaccine is investigated from several aspects in this article,including products and market,development trend,key technology fields,rival agencies and global status,to provide intelligent support form further development of tumor vaccine industry and technologies by government,companies,universities and research institutes. Research results indicate that the research of tumor vaccine has entered the stable stage of technology development.The virus antigen vaccine has been successfully listed,while the tumor antigen vaccine is still in the research stage. The United States and EU countries are the main contributors of the key patents in this field. Four countries,including Japan,Germany,the United Kingdom and the United States,have published a large number of patents in our country. In recent years,patent applications in China are active,but the quality remains to be improved. In addition, countermeasures and suggestions are presented for the further development of the tumor vaccine industry in China.
