摘　　要：过敏性疾病是广泛影响公众健康的一种疾病,随着人口老龄化的加快,老年过敏性疾病的发病率逐年增高,且对其生活质量造成严重影响。单一的遗传因素已经不足以解释其发病变化,环境因素被认为是增加老年过敏性疾病发病率的主要原因。明确相关环境因素对老年过敏性疾病的影响,有利于采取有效的预防措施。本文则针对相关环境因素对老年过敏性疾病的影响进行综述。Allergic diseases are a kind of diseases which widely affect public health. With the acceleration of population aging ,the incidence of allergic diseases in older people is rising. The allergic diseases have a serious impact on the quality of life. The single genetic factor is not enough to explain the pathogenesis of allergic diseases. Environmental factors are considered to be the main cause for increasing the incidence of allergic diseases. To clarify the impact of environmental factors on allergic diseases is conducive to taking effective preventive measures in older people. This article reviews the effects of environmental factors on allergic diseases in older people.
