腮腺炎疫苗的研究进展

摘　　要：腮腺炎是由腮腺炎病毒感染导致的急性呼吸道传染病,通过飞沫在空气中进行传播,主要发生在儿童和青少年人群,症状多为全身多系统多器官感染,同时该病毒也可感染成年人,通常不引起发病,但可作为病毒携带者传播疾病。流行性腮腺炎的发病率高,传染性强,可感染中枢神经系统导致死亡,严重影响人类健康。自20世纪60年代起,随着腮腺炎减毒活疫苗在全球范围内的广泛应用,腮腺炎的发病率显著降低,但近年来许多国家腮腺炎在疫苗免疫人群中再次暴发,亟需研制有效疫苗来控制腮腺炎的流行。为了解腮腺炎病毒及其疫苗的研究进展,本文对腮腺炎病毒的基因结构和流行情况、腮腺炎再次暴发流行的可能原因和腮腺炎疫苗的国内外研究进展作一综述。Mumps caused by mumps virus is an acute infectious disease transmitted by droplets mainly in children and adolescents,of which the symptoms are mainly systemic multi-organ infection. The virus also infects adults while does not cause disease in general. However,as virus carriers,the infected adults may transmit the disease. Mumps with high incidence and infectivity may infect neutral nerve system even cause death,which affect the health of humans severely.The incidence of mumps has reduced dramatically during the successful use of live attenuated mumps virus vaccine since 1960s. However,in recent years,mumps outbreaks among vaccinated populations have re-emerged in several countries.It is crucial to develop a more effective mumps vaccine to control the epidemic of the disease. In order to understand the progress in research on mumps virus and vaccine,this article review the gene structure and prevalence state of mumps virus,the possible reason for mumps outbreaks among vaccinated populations and the latest research progress of mumps vaccine.
