摘　　要：作为一种短、平、快的新兴医疗服务模式,日间诊疗的应用取得了积极成效。为进一步深化管理理念、优化资源配置,医院开设独立的日间化疗病房,对原有日间诊疗模式进行业务流程升级改造,通过入院前-入院中-入院后等全流程全方位创新优化,使日间病房运行高效快捷,收治量大幅提高的同时平均住院日和住院费用降低,对医患双方均产生积极影响。流程优化后的日间病房可有效缓解入院难问题,提高医院运营效率,实现以患者为中心的医疗服务理念,探索创造可复制推广的新型住院模式。As a short,flat and fast new medical service model,the application of day medical treatment has achieved positive results.In order to further deepen the management concept and optimize resource allocation, the hospital has set up an independent daytime chemotherapy ward to upgrade the original process.Through the innovation and optimization of the whole process of of pre-admission,admission,after admission to the hospital,the day ward operation is efficient and the number of patients is greatly increased while the average hospital stay and hospitalization cost are reduced,which has a positive impact on both hospitals and patients.Therefore,day ward after process optimization can effectively alleviate the difficulty of admission,improve the efficiency of hospital operation, realize the concept of patient-centered medical service,and explore a new hospitalization model that can be replicated and promoted.
