摘  要:PTFE/TiO2复合材料的微观界面结合性直接影响其介电损耗和吸水率性能。本文从增大TiO2填料粒径的角度出发,以D50为6.258,24.122和34.191μm的TiO2陶瓷粉分别制备PTFE/TiO2复合材料样品,测试其在X波段的介电常数、介电损耗和吸水率,结合不同陶瓷粉的特性,分析讨论了TiO2填料粒径变化对复合材料性能的影响规律。当TiO2填料粒径增大时,制备的复合材料内部界面比例降低,由界面结合性差导致的高吸水率得到明显的改善。以D50为34.191μm的TiO2陶瓷粉制备的PTFE基复合材料的相对介电常数为9.97,介电损耗为0.0021,吸水率降低至0.038%。The dielectric loss and water adsorption of PTFE / TiO2 composite materials are affected directly by the interface binding strength. PTFE / TiO2 composite materials were fabricated for different TiO2 ceramic powders with D50 of 6. 258, 24. 122, and 34. 191 μm respectively. Dielectric constant, dielectric loss in X-band, and water adsorption of these samples were characterized for different TiO2 particle size. Water adsorption was significantly reduced due to the addition of TiO2 powders with larger particle size. The dielectric constant and loss of PTFE / TiO2 composite materials with TiO2 mean particle size (D50 ) of 34. 191 μm is 9. 97 and 0. 0021 respectively. Water adsorption is reduced to 0. 038%.
