摘　　要：钛白粉在塑料、涂料、油墨、化纤及纸张等行业领域中的应用十分广泛。钛白粉生产企业在具体生产实践中通常都是采用硫酸法工艺。硫酸本身腐蚀性十分强,故而硫酸法生产钛白粉时会有大量复杂腐蚀工况现象出现,这也突出了落实钛白粉生产防腐工作的重要性。本文首先分析了硫酸法钛白粉生产工艺流程,并在此基础上探讨了硫酸法防腐蚀技术形式,以期帮助钛白粉生产企业改善硫酸法生产钛白粉的防腐蚀工作。Titanium dioxide production enterprises usually use the sulfuric acid process in the production practice.The sulfuric acid itself is very corrosive.Therefore,it is very important to prevent corrosion in the TiO 2 production process.This paper analyzes the production process of titanium dioxide first,and then discusses the anti-corrosion technology,which would help the titanium dioxide production enterprises to improve the anti-corrosion work of titanium dioxide produced by sulfuric acid process.
