摘　　要：我国现代人民医学教育事业,开创于苏区时期,经过抗日战争的艰难发展,定型于解放战争时期。三个时期医学教育的发展和医疗卫生技术人才的培养,基本上满足了战争的对医护人员的需求,又兼顾起人民群众的医疗卫生保健对医护人员的需求。三个时期的医学教育随着国内外时局的发展变化,在教学目标、教学内容和教育方式等方面呈现出不同的特色及其发展状况并影响至今。此期医护人员用鲜血和生命凝聚成的红医精神成为我国现代医学教育事业中医德医风建设和社会主义核心价值观教育的重要内容。The cause of modern medical education for the people in our country started in the Soviet area and was shaped during the war of liberation after the difficult development of the war of resistance against Japan.The development of medical education and the training of medical and health technical personnel in the three periods not only meet the needs of medical and health personnel in the war,but also take into account the needs of medical and health care personnel of the people.With the development and changes of the current situation at home and abroad,medical education in the three periods has shown different characteristics in teaching objectives,teaching contents and teaching methods and it has influenced us to this day.During this period,the red medical spirit formed by medical staff with blood and life has become an important part of the construction of medical ethics and the education of socialist core values in modern medical education in China.
