摘　　要：目的了解济南市部分社区居民家庭医生签约服务现状及家庭医生签约服务的影响因素,为进一步推进家庭医生签约服务提供参考。方法采用方便抽样方法,选取济南市四所医疗卫生机构前来就诊的居民进行问卷调查,共发放问卷550分,回收有效问卷541 份,采用卡方检验进行影响因素分析。结果调查居民家庭医生签约率为33.27%;不同调查地区、居住地、性别、年龄、受教育程度、医保类型、人均月收入、首诊机构及是否患有慢性病对签约情况差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论调查地区居民家庭医生的签约率有待提高;家庭医生相关内容宣传不到位及基层医疗卫生机构吸引力不足是影响家庭医生签约率的原因;建议加强宣传工作,增加基层医疗卫生机构吸引力。OBJECTIVE To understand the status quo of family physician model in some communities in Jinan and the influencing factors of family physicians’signing services, in order to provide references for further promotion of family physicians’contracting services. METHODS Using the convenient sampling method,4 medical institutions in Jinan were selected to conduct questionnaire surveys. A total of 550 questionnaires were distributed and 541 valid questionnaires were used. Chi-square test was used to analyze the influencing factors. RESULTS The signing rate of residents’family physician was 33.27%. There were statistically significant differences in the survey areas,residence,gender,age,education level,type of medical insurance,monthly income per capita,first-time institution and whether there was chronic disease(P<0.05). CONCLUSION The signing rate of family doctors in the survey area needed to be improved;the lack of publicity about family physicians and the lack of attractiveness of primary health care institutions were the reasons for the signing rate of family doctors;it was recommended to strengthen publicity and increase the attractiveness of primary health care institutions.
