摘　　要：目的了解青浦区外来儿童预防接种服务利用状况及影响因素,为制定相关策略提供依据。方法采用多阶段抽样方法抽取居住在青浦区3 个月及以上、6 岁以下外来儿童开展问卷调查。用logistic 回归模型分析影响接种率的因素。结果共调查439 名儿童及家庭情况,免疫规划疫苗接种率为99.87%,及时接种率为95.69%。多因素logistic 回归分析提示母亲文化程度、告知、知晓度以及满意度是及时开展接种的正向因素,而花费时长是危险因素。结论外来儿童预防接种服务利用度较高,预防接种相关知识水平存在差异,可探索精准化的宣传手段,进一步提升服务满意度,注重可持续发展。OBJECTIVE It conduct this research in order to understand immunization utilization and influencing factors of the migrant children in Qingpu District,and to provide a basis for formulating relevant strategies. METHODS The migrant children living in Qingpu District,who were under 6-year old as well as been in Shanghai for more than 3 months,were the subjects have been chosen by multistage sampling. A survey was conducted among the children.Logistic regression model was applied to analyze the influencing factors of the immunization rate. RESULTS Questionnaires were collected from 439 migrant children’s families. 99.87% had completed all required vaccines according to the program’s vaccination schedule, while prompt vaccination coverage was 95.69%. Logistic regression analysis showed the protective factors were degree of education,notification,knowledge and satisfaction level,while the risk factors of immunization was cost time. CONCLUSION There was a high utilization rate of vaccination among migrant children in Qingpu District. It was suggested to promote the accessible immunization knowledge to migrant population in appropriate ways-parents class and improve vaccination service satisfaction and focus on sustainable development.
