神经酰胺喷剂在强脉冲光嫩肤术后皮肤修复中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探究神经酰胺喷剂(简称喷剂)和角质屏障修护护理乳(简称护理乳)在强脉冲光嫩肤术后修复中的有效性和安全性。方法:选取面部进行强脉冲光治疗术后就医者30例,采用半侧脸自身对照方法随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组治疗后即刻给予神经酰胺喷剂和角质屏障修护护理乳,对照组给予凡士林,连续使用7d。于激光术前、术后0.5h、3d、7d分别进行皮肤测试。每次测试包括采集面部图片,研究者主观评价强脉冲光术后皮肤症状改善情况及不良反应。同时采用皮肤图像分析仪(VISIA)及皮肤测试仪(Gpskin)检测并客观评价其疗效。结果:30例强脉冲光术后就医者使用神经酰胺喷剂和护理乳后,疼痛、干燥和红斑症状均明显改善,两侧面部比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);VISIA结果显示术后7d试验组红色区、纹理和棕色斑的改善优于对照组(P<0.05);Gpskin结果显示,强脉冲光术后各时间点试验组皮肤含水量明显高于对照组,术后各时间点经皮水分丢失明显低于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,试验组水肿程度改善显著,且就医者感觉更加舒适(P<0.05)。30例就医者未出现明显不良反应。结论:强脉冲光术后使用神经酰胺喷剂和屏障修护护理乳能促进皮肤屏障恢复,改善急性炎症反应,补水保湿效果明显,是一种安全、有效的护理措施。Objective To explore the effectiveness and safety of ceramide spray(referred to as spray) and keratin barrier repair nursing milk(referred to as nursing milk) for postoperative repair of intense pulsed light treatment. Methods Thirty subjects who underwent intense pulsed light therapy on the face were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group by a half-face self-control method. The treatment group was given ceramide spray and keratin barrier repair nursing milk. The control group was given Vaseline, used immediately after treatment, and used continuously for 7 days. Skin tests were performed before and after laser surgery at 0.5h, 3d, and 7d. Each test included the collection of facial images, and the subjectively evaluated the effects of various symptoms on the skin after intense pulsed light and various skin adverse reactions. At the same time, skin image analyzer(VISIA) and skin tester(Gpskin) were used to detect and objectively evaluate the curative effect. Results After the intense pulsed light treatment and using ceramide spray and nursing milk, the symptoms of pain, dryness and erythema were significantly improved, and the bilateral facial features were statistically significant(P<0.05). The results of VISIA showed that the improvement of red zone, texture and brown spot were better than that of the control group 7 days after operation(P<0.05).The results of Gpskin showed that the skin moisture content of the test side was significantly higher than that of the control at each time point after intense pulsed light. On the lateral side, the transepidermal water loss test side was significantly lower than the control side at each time point(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the degree of edema in the test group improved significantly, and the subject felt that the test group product was more comfortable(P<0.05). There were no significant adverse reactions in 30 patients. Conclusion After intense pulsed light, the use of ceramide spray and barrier repair nursing milk can promote skin
