摘　　要：目的:总结了23例患者采用Brava预扩张在自体脂肪移植隆乳术中的应用体会。方法:全部患者按要求正确佩戴Brava,并做好佩戴期间应注意的护理问题,以及做好各物品的维护和保养。结果:23例患者佩戴Brava时间充足,乳房局部组织皮肤扩张良好,达到预扩张效果,符合手术需求。结论:护理人员与患者共同做好佩戴Brava的护理过程中应注意的问题,很好地配合了手术的顺利完成。Objective To summarize the experience of 23 patients with augmentation mammoplasty with autologous fat transplantation using Brava pre-expansion. Methods All patients wear Brava correctly according to the requirements. And do a good job of nursing issues that should be paid attention to during wearing, as well as the maintenance and maintenance of various items. Results 23 patients had enough time to wear Brava, and the skin of local breast tissue expanded well, which achieved the effect of pre-expansion and met the needs of surgery. Conclusion Nursing staff and patients should pay attention to the problems in the process of wearing Brava and cooperate well with the successful completion of the operation.
