摘 要:利用海水进行废气脱硫是海上平台烟气中硫氧化物治理的典型技术。综述海水烟气脱硫技术的特点、工艺流程及研究进展,总结海上平台固定源类及移动船舶排放烟气的特点及其海水法脱硫技术应用现状,介绍膜吸收法海水脱硫技术、海水烟气脱硫系统、脱硫吸收塔的发展及相关防腐措施,指出纤维膜海水脱硫技术是海上平台烟气脱硫的发展方向。Desulfurization of sulfur oxides in flue gas emissions from offshore platform by sewater is popular currently.Basic characteristics,process and research progress of flue gas desulfurization by seawater were introduced respectively.The characteristics of exhaust gas from fixed sources and mobile ships of offshore platform,and the progress and application status of desulfurization technology for them by seawater were summarized.Besides,the development of membrane absorption method for desulfurization by seawater,the system of flue gas desulfurization by seawater and the desulfurization absorption tower development and related anti-corrosion measures were introduced.It was proposed that the desulfurization with fiber membrane by seawater technology would be a promising direction for flue gas desulfurization on offshore platforms in the future.
