摘　　要：目的 探讨多元文化护理对新疆地区不同少数民族老年慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者自我管理水平及生活质量的影响。方法选择新疆地区不同少数民族老年CHF患者204例为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组102例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用多元文化护理。比较两组患者自我管理水平及生活质量。结果观察组患者饮食管理、症状管理、药物管理、心理与社会适应管理评分及自我管理水平总分均高于对照组,体力限制、情绪、社会限制、症状评分及生活质量总分均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论多元文化护理有助于提高新疆地区不同少数民族老年CHF患者的自我管理水平及生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of multicultural nursing on self-management level and quality of life in elderly Xinjiang patients of different minorities who suffer with chronic heart failure(CHF). Methods A total of 204 elderly CHF patients of different minorities from Xinjiang region were selected as subjects,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 102 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,and the observation group received multicultural nursing care.Self-management level and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group had higher scores for diet management,symptom management,medication management,and psychological and social adaptation management,and a higher total score for self-management level compared with the control group,presenting lower scores for physical limitation,emotional limitation,social limitation,and symptom,and a lower total score for quality of life than the control group (all P <0.05). Conclusion Multicultural nursing might contribute to improving self-management level and quality of life in elderly CHF patients of different minorities from Xinjiang region.
