摘　　要：目的 探讨阴道分娩对初产妇产后耻骨直肠肌弹性和收缩功能的影响。方法 选择经阴道分娩的50例初产妇为产后组,41例健康未育女性为对照组。在静息状态及最大缩肛状态下,应用实时剪切波弹性成像技术测量耻骨直肠肌前部的杨氏模量值,其中产后组在产后6~8周进行检查。结果 两组产妇两侧耻骨直肠肌最大缩肛状态下杨氏模量值均较静息状态下大(均P<0.05)。产后组两侧耻骨直肠肌不同状态下杨氏模量值均较对照组小(均P<0.05)。结论 阴道分娩对初产妇产后耻骨直肠肌弹性及收缩功能可造成一定的损伤。Objective To explore the effect of vaginal delivery on postpartum elasticity and contractile function of puborectalis in primiparas.Methods Fifty primiparas undergoing vaginal delivery were enrolled as postpartum group,and 41 healthy nulliparous women as control group.The Young′s modulus of puborectalis forepart was measured by real time hear wave elastography technique at resting state and maximal anal sphincter contraction state separately,and the measurement was conducted in the postpartum group after 6-8 weeks of delivery.Results In both groups,the Young′s modulus values of bilateral puborectalis at maximal anal sphincter contraction state were greater than the values at resting state(all P<0.05).At different states,the postpartum group had minor Young′s modulus values of bilateral puborectalis than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Vaginal delivery can cause a certain damage to postpartum elasticity and contractile function of puborectalis in primiparas.
