南宁市城区中低档暗娼人群HCV感染现状和丙型肝炎防治知识知晓率及其影响因素

摘　　要：目的 调查南宁市城区中低档暗娼人群的丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)感染现状和丙型肝炎防治知识知晓率及其影响因素。方法 纳入南宁市各城区中低档暗娼400名,调查其一般资料和丙型肝炎防治知识知晓情况,检测其HCV感染情况,并分析影响其丙型肝炎防治知识知晓情况的影响因素。结果 400名中低档暗娼中,HCV感染率为1.3%(5/400),丙型肝炎防治知识知晓率为52.0%(208/400)。多因素分析结果显示,年龄、文化程度是中低档暗娼丙型肝炎防治知识知晓情况的影响因素(均P<0.05)。中低档暗娼人群期望获取丙型肝炎防治知识的主要途径分别是医务人员、电视广播、微信和QQ等。结论 南宁市中低档暗娼人群的丙型肝炎防治知识知晓率不高,年龄和文化程度是其影响因素,应重点关注低学历、低年龄段人群,进行针对性的宣传教育工作。Objective To investigate the current status of HCV infection,knowledge awareness rate of hepatitis C prevention and treatment and its influencing factors among mid and low-tier female sex workers in Nanning downtown area.Methods A total of 400 mid and low-tier female sex workers were recruited from various districts in Nanning City,their general information and awareness status of knowledge of hepatitis C prevention and treatment were investigated,their HCV infection condition was detected,and the influencing factors of their awareness status of knowledge concerning hepatitis C prevention and treatment were analyzed.Results HCV infection accounted for 1.3%(5/400)among these 400 mid and low-tier female sex workers,with a knowledge awareness rate of hepatitis C prevention and treatment of 52.0%(208/400).Multivariate analysis results showed that age and educational level were influencing factors of awareness status of knowledge concerning hepatitis C prevention and treatment among mid and low-tier female sex workers(all P<0.05).Mid and low-tier female sex workers expected to gain knowledge of hepatitis C prevention and treatment mainly from medical personnel,television broadcast,WeChat,QQ and other channels.Conclusion The knowledge awareness rate of hepatitis C prevention and treatment is not high among mid and low-tier female sex workers in Nanning City,which is affected by age and educational level,we should pay more attention to population with lower educational level or lower age,and carry out targeted propaganda and education.
