“精致化”服务少数民族大学生:高校图书馆的新探索——以福州大学图书馆为例

摘　　要：通过不断创新与探索,福州大学图书馆实现了面向新疆维吾尔自治区少数民族学生服务的精致化、特色化、民族化、融合化、师长化的目标,取得了较好成绩。文章在总结福州大学图书馆经验的基础上,探索新时期内地高校图书馆如何创新管理模式,着力帮扶工作,"精致化"服务少数民族学生,为促进民族团结做出更大贡献。This paper focuses on the library services to students from ethnic minority areas, especially those from ethnic minority areas in Xinjiang. It is suggested that colleges and universities library in the mainland should be "refined" to serve the innovative mode of minority students, and emphasizes the "Five-Supporting" education, namely, supporting education by fostering will, cultivating moral, honing intellectual, enriching spirit and alleviating poverty, thus to achieve the goal of refinement, specialization, nationalization, integration and teacher-orientation of library services for minority students. It provides new ideas and new methods for exploring inland university library to refine the service for minority students in the new period.
