西藏野生韭种子抗逆性研究

摘  要:西藏野生韭广泛分布于西藏,具有特殊气味,受到西藏人民的喜爱。但是对其种子发芽特性鲜有研究。本文利用取自西藏的野生韭为材料,观察了种子形态及各项参数,同时探究了在干旱和盐胁迫条件下西藏野生韭种子的发芽特点。发现:利用NaCl和PEG模拟盐胁迫和干旱胁迫,西藏野生韭种子的发芽率均高于普通栽培韭种子。The Allium hookeri Thwaites is widely distributed in Tibet, has a special smell and is widely loved by the Tibetan people. However, few studies have been conducted on the germination characteristics of its seeds.the seed morphology and various parameters were observed, and the germination characteristics of Allium hookeri Thwaites seeds in Tibet under drought and salt stress were explored.The results showed that the germination rate of Allium hookeri Thwaites seeds was higher than common cultivated leek seeds under NaCl and PEG simulated salt stress and drought stress.
