摘　　要：摇臂是导管架下水驳船作业的关键结构,作业时通过摇臂翻转来实现导管架滑移下水。摇臂为格状全封闭箱体结构,且板材较厚,熔透焊缝多,焊接量大、施工空间小,制作较为复杂。主要介绍了一种导管架下水驳船摇臂结构制作及焊接工艺,通过工艺中所采取措施,实现摇臂结构高质量制作目标。The rocker arm is the key structure of the jacket launching barge operation,and the jacket is slipped and launched by the rocker arm flipping during operation.The rocker arm is a lattice-shaped fully enclosed box structure,and the plate is thick the penetration weld is large,the welding amount is large,the construction space is small,and the production is complicated This paper mainly introduces the fabrication and welding process of the rocker arm structure of the jacket launching barge,and achieves the high-quality production target of the rocker arm structure through the measures taken in the process.
