摘　　要：随着区域战略的实施,东西部发展差距不断缩小,但西乡县仍未摆脱贫困县的称号。东部沿海产业转移、国家扶贫计划、西三角经济区建设,为西乡县带来了新的发展动力。因此应抓住大好机遇,对西乡县循环经济产业园区进行产业规划、总体布局、重点地区详细设计等,助推西乡县工业经济增速发展。With the implementation of the regional strategy, the development gap between the eastern and the western has been narrowing.However, Xixiang County has not yet got rid of the title of poverty-stricken county. The transfer of industries along the eastern coast, the national poverty alleviation plan and the construction of the West Triangle Economic Zone have brought new impetus to the development of Xixiang County. Xixiang county should grasp the great opportunities and conduct industrial planning, overall layout and detailed design of key areas, etc. in Xixiang recycling economy industrial park in order to promote the growth of industrial economy in Xixiang.
