摘　　要：建筑是民族和地域文化的代表,它反映了一个民族、一个国家的社会意识形态、民族心理和地域特征。本文在阐述传统建筑文化和现代建筑设计关联的基础上,以岭南传统建筑为基本研究对象,分析了岭南传统建筑的现状和特征,并结合时代发展需要,探究了岭南传统建筑在现代建筑设计中的传承和发展方法。Architecture is the representative of a nation and regional culture, which reflects the social ideology, national psychology and regional characteristics of a nation and a country. On the basis of elaborating the relationship between traditional architectural culture and modern architectural design, this paper takes Lingnan traditional architecture as basic research object, analyses current situation and characteristics of Lingnan traditional architecture, and explores the methods of inheritance and development of Lingnan traditional architecture in modern architectural design according to the needs of the times.
