摘  要:雨养和灌溉2种水分条件下,观测小麦旱选10号/鲁麦14DH群体花后不同时期旗叶的功能绿叶面积(GLAD)和主茎绿叶数(GLNMS),并利用非线性回归分析计算小麦旗叶最大衰老速率(MRS)、衰老起始时间(Ts)、达到最大衰老速率的时间(TMRS)、衰老终止时间(To)、最大衰老速率时GLAD的百分比(PGMS)、花后0d到旗叶保持3/4绿叶面积的天数(75%G)、花后0d到旗叶保持1/4绿叶面积的天数(25%G)和75%G与25%G之间的天数(50%G);成熟后测定单株产量(YPP)和千粒质量(TKW),然后进行性状间的相关分析。结果表明,2种水分条件下,DAA22(花后22d),DAA25(花后25d),DAA28(花后28d)和DAA31(花后31d)的旗叶GLAD均与DAA20(花后20d),DAA22和DAA30(花后30d)的GLNMS呈显著或极显著正相关,与MRS呈极显著负相关,与Ts,To,PGMS,TMRS,75%G,50%G和25%G呈显著或极显著正相关。GLNMS在开花后的不同时期与Ts,To,TMRS,75%G和25%G呈显著或极显著正相关,与50%G和PGMS的相关性不显著;DAA20,DAA25和DAA30的GLNMS与MRS呈显著或极显著负相关。干旱胁迫条件下,DAA16(花后16d),DAA19(花后19d),DAA22,DAA25,DAA28的GLAD以及灌溉条件下DAA16,DAA19,DAA22的GLAD均与千粒质量呈显著或极显著正相关,表明灌浆中期的GLAD对千粒质量影响较大。2种水分条件下,单株产量和千粒质量与50%G和Ts呈显著或极显著正相关,与MRS呈显著或极显著负相关,表明Ts与MRS是影响小麦产量的2个最主要的特征性状。育种实践中应该选育衰老起始晚、功能绿叶面积大、衰老缓慢即最大衰老速率较小的品种。Green leaf area duration(GLAD) and green leaf number of main stem (GLNMS) in the flag leaves were tested under the drought stress (DS) and the well-water(WW) conditions,using DH population,derived from wheat cultivar Hanxuan 10/Lumai 14.And using nonlinear regression analysis the green leaf area data,parameters related to progression of senescence,including maximum rate of senescence(MRS),onset time of leaf senescence (Ts),time to maximum rate of senescence (TMRS),end time of leaf senescence (To),percentage of green leaf area at maximum senescence(PGMS),75% green(75% G) which refers to the time interval from 0 d after anthesis to 3/4 green leaf area of flag leaf,25% green (25% G),the time interval from 0 d after anthesis to 1/4 green leaf area of flag leaf,50% green (50% G),the time interval between 75% G and 25% G were evaluated.After maturity,the yield per plant and the 1 000-grain quality were measured,and then the correlation analysis between the traits was carried out.The result showed that under two water conditions,the flag leaf GLAD of DAA22(22 d after anthesis),DAA25(25 d after anthesis),DAA28(28 d after anthesis) and DAA31 (31 d after anthesis)were at least significantly positively correlated with GLNMS of DAA20(20 d after anthesis),DAA22 and DAA30(30 d after anthesis).And the GALD at DAA22,DAA 25,DAA 28 and DAA31 showed a significant negative correlation with MRS,but showed significant or highly significantly positive correlation with Ts,To,PGMS,TMRS,75% G,50% G and 25% G.GLNMS showed significant or highly significant positive correlation with Ts,To,TMRS,75% G and 25% G at different stages after flowering,and was not significantly correlated with 50% G and PGMS.The GLNMS of DAA20,DAA25 and DAA30 were significantly or highly significantly negatively correlated with MRS.On the other hand,significant or highly significant positive correlations existed between the GLAD of DAA16(16 d after anthesis),DAA19(19 d after anthesis),DAA 22,DAA25 and DAA28 under drought stress and 1 000-kernel quality(TKW),and betw
