摘　　要：“互联网+”3a行动计划,促使我国农业电子商务快速发展。利用SWOT方法,分析“互联网+”背景下天津市发展农业电子商务具备的优势与劣势,面临的机会与威胁,探讨发展农业电子商务的天津路径,即3个发展方向、2种发展模式和4个发展策略,并从理清政府职责、完善软硬件基础设施体系、支持建设第四方平台等方面提出对策建议。The three-year action plan of the "Internet+" promotes the rapid development of agricultural e-commerce in China.Using SWOT method,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats of developing agricultural electronic commerce in Tianjin under the background of "Internet+",and probes into the path of developing agricultural electronic commerce in Tianjin such as three development directions,two development models and four development strategies.The countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the following aspects: clarifying the government undefined responsibilities,perfecting the software and hardware infrastructure system,and supporting the construction of the fourth party platform.
