摘 要:简要介绍了SSR分子标记技术的基本原理及其优点,综述了SSR分子标记技术在苹果种质资源和遗传育种研究中的广泛应用,如在苹果品种鉴定、种质资源评价、亲缘关系和遗传多样性分析、遗传连锁图谱构建、基因标记及定位等方面的应用,并对其在苹果研究中存在的问题和应用前景进行了讨论,可为开展苹果分子遗传育种提供参考。In this article,the basic principle and advantage of the DNA molecular marker techniques of simple sequence repeat(SSR) were introduced.The application of SSR in germplasm resources,genetics and breeding of apple in recent years were summarized.SSR molecular markers technique was useful.Up to now,SSR had been more applied in apple variety identification,germplasm resources evaluation,genetic relationship and diversity,genetic map construction and gene location were briefly introduced.Also,this paper discussed the existing problems and application prospects in apple research with SSR,to provide references for developing apple molecular genetic breeding in future.
