摘　　要：目的探讨中药育发喷剂配合穴位按摩治疗脂溢性脱发的血液流变学的临床意义。方法 79例脂溢性脱发患者分为两组,治疗组43例和对照组36例,分别采用中药育发喷剂和2%酮康唑洗剂治疗,观察并对比分析两组患者治疗后血液流变学的差异性。结果治疗组经治疗后,男性和女性患者血液流变学中的全血黏度(高切变率)与对照组比较,其全血黏度的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组的全血黏度明显低于对照组,与正常值一致。结论中药育发喷剂配合特定的穴位按摩治疗脂溢性脱发在一定程度上可改善全血粘滞度,为预防和治疗脂溢性脱发提供了理论依据和实践经验。Objective To exPlore the clinical significance of Hemorheology of seborrheic aloPecia treated with Chinese herbal hair sPray and acuPoint massage.Methods 79 cases of seborrheic aloPecia were divided into two grouPs.43 cases in the treatment grouP and 36 cases in the control grouP were treated with traditional Chinese medicine hair sPray and 2% ketoconazole lotion resPectively.The difference of Hemorheology between the two grouPs was observed and analyzed.Results After treatment,the whole blood viscosity(high shear rate) of male and female Patients in the treatment grouP was significantly different from that of the control grouP(P<0.05),and the whole blood viscosity of the treatment grouP was significantly lower than that of the control grouP,which was consistent with the normal value.Conclusion The treatment of seborrheic aloPecia with Chinese herbal hair sPray combined with sPecific acuPoint massage can imProve blood viscosity to a certain extent,and Provide theoretical basis and Practical exPerience for the Prevention and treatment of seborrheic aloPecia.
